- Our normal charge
is $120/hour (billed in 15 minute increments) for most of the services we
perform. This includes network setup, PC repair, general system "cleaning and
maintenance",
software installs, telephone support, and any diagnosis /
troubleshooting
work that might be required. We always try to be as fair as
possible. |

Service Calls/On Site Charges: An onsite
service call (during normal business hours) in the Boulder area
runs $160. This
includes one full hour of service. Additional time, if needed, is
charged at our standard
rate of $120/hr.

- We accept Visa and
MasterCard
as a payment option. |

- We try to
minimize your charges
any way we can. If we feel that the work can more efficiently be
performed
back in our offices (saving you $), we will discuss that option with
you. |

- Hardware /
Equipment / Supplies
/ Parts/ Software: We are not, at the present time, marking up any
prices
for these items; indeed, you pay only what they cost us. And since we
often
are able to acquire these items at a substantial discount, we are able
to pass those savings on to you |
